Customers who buy flat-pack furniture in store will be able to book an assembly task from the product page, choose a time slot, and have a Tasker arrive with the right tools. No more evenings lost to a bag of screws and a wordless diagram.
The pilot covers Gauteng and the Western Cape first, with other provinces following once capacity allows. Assembly tasks start at R280 for a single item and scale with the size of the job.
Taskers who want to take part can add assembly to their profile skills today. Jobs in this category are matched by location and by the tools listed on your profile.
